Angry River is a delightful book written by Ruskin Bond which explains about the life of a girl Sita who lives on an island with her grandpa and grandma. One day her crossing the river grandpa goes to the nearby village for treatment of sick grandma leaving Sita on the island. Later on the island is captured by an angry river causing flood. Sita was stuck in the flood.... but was rescued by a boy Krishna who now became best friend of Sita and then they both happily lived on the island. This book is worth reading due to the sweet friendship of Sita and Krishna......
